Get ready to fire up that stomach! Core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program, however they are often neglected. Train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony which will pave way to better balance and stability. It is recommended to attend this class two to three times per week for better posture, muscular strength and tone.'

A high-intensity, dynamic, full-body burn. Participants will complete three rounds of stations in pyramid intervals. Duration per station is determined by how long it takes rowing station to complete specified distance.

The Kata in Kata-Box originally comes from “karate”. All the kicks and punches put together to make the “kata” or movement.

The “Box” in Kata-box stands for “boxing”. Boxing is to use your hands and your mind to focus on your opponent or object. Focusing and punching concentrates all your strength on your core.

The Music in Kata-Box provides an added layer of motivation and excitement.
